We install effective, versatile, rigid PIR polyisocyanurate foam boards for a wide range of general building applications. Used for floors, roofs, ceilings & walls.

We ensure that the surface (ie. Plaster Boards) is adequately strong, rigid and stable before application.
The surface must be clean and free of dust, reasonably dry and free of salt efflorescence.

We take care to correctley sequence the work. Setting time is approximately 90 minutes, but finishing times can be extended in low temperatures by 30 minutes or more.

Decoration & tiling following Plastering:
Wall that have been plastered can be decorated with most paint finishes and wall coverings.

We alway follow the manufacturers’ recommendations (Plaster boards and plaster).

We ensure that Impermeable finishes, such as tiles, should not be applied to plaster until dry.

We apply finishing coats before painting. Tiles should not be applied directly to undercoats.

Where tiling onto finish plasters we avoid polishing the surface.

Where the surface is polished, roughen and apply a primer (if required).
